Increased User Efficiency

  • BringCorp simplified the user interface and workflow so only the essential pieces remained. Users were now able to enter new Opportunities into Salesforce in 75% less time then before.

  • We utilized Process Builder and Lightning Flow to automate tasks that were previously done manually.

  • We reviewed and redesigned the sales and revenue forecasting processes to pull the process into Salesforce instead of external Excel spreadsheets that had to be manually maintained. This allowed the leadership team to see real-time forecasts, where before it took at least 2 days to manually create the forecasts in Excel.

By looking past the existing system and really striving to understand the current business needs, BringCorp was able to substantially simplify the customer’s system and provide an implementation of Salesforce their users enjoyed and their leadership team had confidence in.
